Today I and my wife had the great pleasure to have met and lunched together with the Ambassador of Portugal in Finland, Ex. Paulo Couto Barbosa and wife, as well as the administrative assistant for consular affairs of Portugal in Finland, Ex. Luis Campos, at the Ex. Ambassador official residence.
This nice gesture of Ex. Ambassador was a congratulate opportunity regarding my Talent Award 2009 in Science.
To all of them my sincere thanks for the kind invitation and the pleasant lunch and time we spend together. It was really a great honor for me and my wife!

LAGOS AND SAGRES
Lagos
We have now reached the very south of the country. Lagos is a lovely beach city with a lot of tourists all over the year. It was really nice to walk around! The famous Henry the sailor walked around here, no doubt about that.
Sagres
Not very far from Lagos we can find the place call Sagres. In here was created a school of navigation that help the Portuguese to explore the World. Sagres is one of the most southwest places of the Europe, just next to the nicely blue Ocean Atlantic.

ÉVORA
Évora
We then continue to move even more south. Next stop, Évora city. My first visit to the city was in the summer of 2004. I was extremely impressed with this quiet and very nice city. Every where we walk there is always something to see. Fantastic!
